Renjo La, at about 5,360 m, links the Bhote Koshi (Thame) valley with Gokyo. It is one of the Three Passes. From the top, the view east over the turquoise Gokyo lake to Everest is one of the great sights of the Khumbu.
Quick answer: Most trekkers cross from Lungden to Gokyo (or reverse) in a long day. Snow can make it hard or impassable; go with a guide.
