Gokyo Ri rises to about 5,357 m above Gokyo village and its turquoise lake. Many trekkers think its summit has the best view in the Everest region: Everest, Lhotse, Makalu and Cho Oyu, with the Ngozumpa Glacier, the longest in Nepal, below.
