Nangkartshang (also called Nagarjun hill) rises to about 5,083 m on the ridge above Dingboche. On the acclimatisation day, most trekkers climb part or all of it for views of Makalu, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and the Imja valley.

Quick answer: Allow 4–5 hours return. You don't need to reach the top: climbing a few hundred metres and returning to sleep in Dingboche is what matters.
