Chisapani ("cold water") is a small village of lodges at about 2,165 m on a ridge in Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park. A day's walk from Sundarijal on Kathmandu's edge, it is the first stop on the Helambu trek, and on clear mornings looks out on Langtang, Ganesh and Jugal Himal.
