Quick answer: the garden, also called the Garden of Six Seasons, was created for Field Marshal Kaiser Shumsher Rana around 1920. After decades of neglect, it was restored with support from the Austrian government, finishing in 2007. Visitors pay an entry fee; there's a café inside.
