Krishna Mandir is the elegant stone temple on Patan Durbar Square, built in 1637 by King Siddhi Narasingh Malla. Unlike the valley's pagodas, it is built in the Indian shikhara style, and friezes around it tell stories from the Mahabharata and Ramayana.

Quick answer: Non-Hindus can admire the temple from the square. It is busiest at Krishna Janmashtami (August–September), when devotees sing through the night.
